Not to sound like a cheap a-hole, but you can just watch anime on other sites, or youtube.

Its just the fact of that if you like anime it has a lot of sentimental value to own something literally that is foreign that you wouldn't be able to get otherwise. That's why i spend about 80% of money i get on anime/manga related things. but i will watch the occasional series if i want to watch it right then and there. Same goes for manga

Anime action figures are really expensive. Cheap ones quality are not that good.
