Session One looking for staff

Administrator:

needs to show as much passion as me or Elena do in the aspects of the sites growth, activity, and overall functionality. Needs to be able to code or design for the site. Needs to have a huge outlook of networking skills / have previous experience of being an admin before. Needs to be mature, kind, and suggestive of the sites further development. Please do not apply if you know you cant do all. You are free to recruit and refer people to interview for this role.

2 Super Moderators:

need to handle the networking outputs more or so rather than the technical aspects of the website. Need to make sure the forums are active and running while the Admins are busy fixing technical issues and coding to enhance features. Previous experience with this role is a plus. Most importantly, is their individual activity and persistence to find quality members.

Anime Moderator:

Need someone to organize all the old anime threads into the old anime sections, NEEDS to make sure the currently airing anime category is upto date with live streaming episodes THE MINUTE they come out or are available for fansub and even their RAW's. Needs to make sure the anime side of the forums is popping with discussions and members. This is a very pressurized job and will recieve a lot of pressure from me but the promotions will be great, and you will receive 1000 u cash weekly.


5 Linkers

Linkers will link anime in the media library and help the anime moderator with what he needs, he will manage you guys. This is a entry level position, and Spazze will train you all.

2 Graphic Designers

Need designers to design skins / banners, and make sure the GFX community is growing.

Hey! Let me just simplify this for our less-technical friends here...

Administrator
Needs to know a whole lot of stuff about coding, to the point they probably make ME look stupid. Also needs to be able to read and understand everything just posted here... so I'm not about to simplify this one. Very technical position.

Super Moderator (Moderators over all forums on the site)
Needs to be active, keep the site active, and generally act as a moderator. The poster apparently also wants their super mods to continually look for new members and try to help the site grow. Less technical job, but you'd still probably need experience with moderating forums.

Anime Moderator
It appears the original poster would like this person to sort out the old anime. Also wants them to keep a certain section absolutely up to date - right up to the minute new things come out. Not technical, but sounds very demanding.

linkers
Seems self explanatory. Linking things together. Also looks like someone will be telling people how to do this.

Graphic Designer
Creates images, skins, themes, banners (images), etc. Probably has to know enough coding to connect these things into the site. Also, the original poster would like these people to make sure the GFX (Graphics) community is growing. Should probably already know enough to have understood the original post (this section of it at least).

I think that about covers it... on a side note, I don't think I could even do any of these things myself, so don't feel bad if you can't or even if it is over your head.

we are slowly working on that kind of stuff. soon we might have some positions open but i am working all that out. please be patient the mission and goals stuff will be in the general information category just put up asap. please forgive me i like to word things the best i can before putting them up...

Oh, hey...not to try to tell you how to do anything, but it seems to me you're asking for a lot from various staff members. Are they paid positions are something like that? Or if it's none of my business you're free to say that too.
