A new Threat

It was a quiet night in Soul society and Kuchiki Rasen sits in front of his coffee table drinking hot tea when suddenly his zanpakutou begins to float up right in front of him...Rasen continued to sip his tea slowly and then sets the cup on to the table and looks at his zan, "Yes Arashi Raimei what is it" he spoke calmly waiting for his zans reply thus Arashi speaks unto Rasen "The evening is beautiful but i sense a terrible fate that is going to happen"

Rasen said nothing and then sighs a little before replying "I have felt it too, i feel really uneasy that something big is going to Happen perhaps we should go down to the human world to train privately and destroy some hollows while we are at it"

Arashi Raimei began to spark with lighting and begins to glow really brightly, Rasen closes his eyes a little and seeing in front of him he sees Arashi raimei in human form. Rasen slowly rises up and looked at Arashi "It is time to go then, come we must leave quickly before we are noticed we can not let something happen to soul society"

Arashi turned around and walked next to Rasen, they shunpo on to soul societies roof tops and heading towards the main gate that has been left open, rasen knew something was wrong but from the looks of things it seemed something tried escaping soul society "ARASHI" cried Rasen as he ran trough the gate, 5 minutes later as they passed through the gate Arashi and Rasen found themselves running through kurakura town wondering what they will find.

Demera sat in Division 5 working on her paperwork; she also felt something bad happneing. She got up and grabbed her zanpokto Midoriyama and walked out the door to her office; her Fukutaicho Momo Hinamori followed her.

"I am sorry Momo I need you to stay here I am going to the World of the Living to see what is going on there; please keep everything in line while I'm gone" Demera said to her startled Fukutaicho.

"Ok Taicho just be careful; you know how your husband Taicho Jushiro Ukitake gets when you don't tell him your leaving." Momo responds.

Demera sighs and nodds then shunpo's away; she nears the gate it still being open, she sences that Rasen has already beat her there. She walks through to Karakura and starts looking around; she takes a deep breath and lets it out.

"Hey Rasen where are you? It's me Taicho Demera Ukitake!" Demera calls out trying to find the young Soul Reaper.

As Rasen and Arashi run through the streets of kurakura town Rasen begins to get even more suspicious as kurakura town appears to be dead and not even a single house light is turned on "Arashi" Rasen said quietly, Arashi turned his head a little to face Rasen, "What is it" Rasen said nothing and then said after a few seconds of silence "stop here" Arashi and Rasen stop at the same time looking around them as they have gone to kurakura towns park and not even a lamp is on in sight... suddenly a huge terrible screech like roar is heard and the sound fills up the air, Rasen and Arashi shunpo straight up searching for the hollow like screech "A Hollow?.. no this is different than a normal hollow its reaitsu is stronger than a normal one" Arashi said unsure of himself a little, Rasen looked at arashi and quietly spoke "its possible it may be an arrancar" Arashi said nothing but continued to search the area for the strong reaitsu but the reaitsu is heavy around both of them, "The foul thing is close by he hungers for our spirit" but just as Rasen said that another huge screech is heard behind them and A shadowy figure appears behind Arashi and Rasen Shooting a powerful cero at them.

"What" said Rasen as he quickly turned around to see the cero being shot right at him and Arashi, The cero was pulsing with dark red energy with so much reaitsu poured in to it, Rasen did not even get a chance to see if was a hollow due to the cero, He instantly grabbed Arashi's arm and shouted "come on" Arashi turned in to his sword form that is a perfect dark bluish lightning glow blade with a dragon designed in a lightening form embed on to the blade itself, the hilt of Arashi is a black dragons head design with glowing electric eyes and from the mouth of the dragon is where the blade is in, Rasen quickly shunpo'd behind the demon figure slashing at its back vertically but the shadowy figure disappeared cancelling its cero.

"WHERE ARE YOU" shouted Rasen as he searches for the reaitsu of the hollow or arrancar, Rasen keeps wondering if its a hollow or an arrancar but for it to shoot a cero possibly an arrancar but there are many types and forms of hollow and so the possibility of the creature still eludes Rasen's mind as all begins to quiet down.

Demera feeling the Reaitsu Demera made her way to the park and saw Rasen there.

"Rasen are you alright?" Demera asked and tapped her friend on the shoulder

Rasen instantly turning around almost attempting to vertically slash Demera towards the shoulder but instantly stops himself, He looks at Demera breathing heavily "What are you doing here" Rasen said between each breath. Rasen sheathed his zan and instantly Arashi Raimei spoke "We have to go after that arrancar Rasen, its not even supposed to be here" Rasen looked down to the hilt of Arashi and said "Quiet, we dont even know if it is an arrancar but the possibility is high, we need to find out what it was doing here in the first place and more importantly how" Rasen stopped talking talking for 5 minutes and looks at Demera again looking in to her eyes that were the colour of jade but suddenly all the lights in the park turned back on the lights of the houses also came back on and people were moving around in there houses as Rasen sensed all of the humans and small animals reaitsu Rasen examined his surroundings and though to himself (For an arrancar to be able to have this sort of power and influence i have a bad feeling about this, there maybe another force at work here than we know)

Demera watched Rasen for a minute then smiled; she shook her head.

Demera: You don't have to be so jumpy; I senced the same thing you did and came to investigate. And knowing Jushiro he'll be here soon complaining that I need to tell him when I leave; besides it is better to have two people looking then just one.

Demera looked around trying to locate the Reaitsu of the hollow/arrancar but couldn't find it; Demera turned to Rasen and sighed.

Demera: We better go tell the Sotaicho about this Rasen; it seems that someone has picked up where Aizen left off.

There was a flash of light and Midoriyama appeared beside Demera; her Red and Orange Kimono fluttering in the wind.

Midoriyama: I fear that this... whatever it is has just attacked the Kurosaki residence.

Rasen looked up in to the night sky looking up at millions of stars and notices a shooting star, and a cluster of stars in a shape of an archer, he looks back at Demera "I have Arashi Raimei with me in his Materialization form we can seperate and cover more ground naturally" Suddenly Arashi Raimei Glows with lightening radiating from him and Rasen and before Demera and Rasen stood Arashi raimei in human form "We gave to hurry and find him Rasen" said Arashi in an annoyed voice.

Midoriyama: Hey did you ywo not hear me I said that that this has attacked the Kurosaki residence

Demera turned to her Zanpokto and nodded turning to Rasen waiting for him to respond; so she too looked into the night skys spotting the same cluster of stars that Rasen did.

IC: Rasen Said nothing and sighed once more, he knew that it would have been almost im possible but what has been seen tonight may not be impossible, "Let us go over to them then"
