3 Pms and Vms on profiles

4A playlist feature so music plays on our very own profiles

5 oh and if the shout box gets too crowded i recommend a auto refresher feature on future threads when this site gets more busy lols

6 would like youtube videos be displayed <3 when u send a vid from youtube <3

the media thread is for the youtube videos you want to put up. so that one is already covered. I am not sure about the playlist that will have to be something betsy will have to handle along with the shoutbox thing. What do you mean by pms and vms on profiles? for our blog section i create a thread for a person on stuff they want to write, would you like one? the welcome and information center i think that one could be easily done. thank you for your suggestions.

well PMs is private messaging we got that ad when i say VMs its visitor messages on your profile so u know people can talk on eachothers profile alot of sites have it lols
and no thank you with the blog section :3

we have a personal meseging thing it is at the top of the page and you can go to their profile to send a private message. we already have that. as for the visitor messaging i don't see the point in that.

Cecilia has already addressed some of this but I have a few things to say about the possibilities as well.

(1) The idea of a blog section we have a temporary solution for now. In the future, it may be possible to add a more official blog section if there was enough interest in it to justify it. At the moment I feel it would probably be more trouble than it was worth (especially since I do not know of any plugins for the current forum software to add a blog).

(2) What are you wanting for a welcome and information center? This might be worth some effort to get set up, though there is already a portal (juts not really in use) and a help section. Get back to me on this and I might see what others' opinions are as well as seeing what of it I am capable of doing.

(3) Regarding the messages - we already do have a private message system. As far as messages on people's profiles - I know this is possible and exists on other sites, however I am not aware of any simple means of integrating this here. At the same time, I do not see much of a purpose to this, leaving it as more trouble than it is worth at this point in time.

(4) I'm afraid I know of absolutely no way of doing this at this point in time.

(5) I'll return to this idea if and when there is a reason for it, however I doubt refreshing the whole page would be a good idea for a number of reasons (primarily bandwidth for the site and everyone involved).

(6) Displayed? As in the actual video appearing in a thread, for example? This will be a little while, but that's actually a feature that will be added in a future upgrade (unless we disable it for some reason). I have no idea when.

Bossy? Nah...suggestions are just that - suggestions. I can really only speak for myself I guess but I always appreciate people's thoughts and ideas (even when I can't or won't use them). I hope I don't come across wrong because I'm not changing a ton of things to cater to them though.

Oh, and just as a point of reference - This site is being run entirely out of my pocket. As such, it is running free software available to anyone and everyone. I'm not saying this in hopes of getting anything, just to let you know we don't have access to many of the things that other sites often do.

ooh what about an auto refresher u know as soon as someone posts it instantly shows up instead of like having to refresh the page to see it :3
